This blade is a bit of a cross between a classic French Chef’s Knife, and the Chinese Cleaver. It has a very thin blade, but the Buffalo Horn handle adds a little heft, to make cutting and slicing those root veggies a dream. The copper pins, and dyed zebra wood bolster are just there to add bling.
